We had a fun time celebrating Henry's 3rd birthday with friends at the Minneapolis Firefighters Museum. Henry and his friends were able to play in and on old fire trucks, demonstrate a bucket brigade and slide down a fire pole (in addition to being completely terrified by the docent giving us the tour whom very bluntly told them that if they were to catch on fire and did not "stop, drop and roll" might be severely injured or die). Henry and Lucas have also been very excited that cousin Jon came to spend the weekend with us and join in the festivities from Chicago.
Adorable pictures, Em! We had a blast at H's party. What a great place to celebrate a kiddo's birthday. I will have to send you the photo of me in the firefighter's outfit going down the pole. The kids weren't the only ones to get interactive with the exhibits. Ha! :)
