Henry, and the onesie balloon, are 8 months old today! Henry is currently getting his 2 top front teeth, he is eating 3 meals of solid food daily (including cereal, pureed fruits & vegetables, yogurt and ground turkey), and he is working on his pincer grasp and now eating rice puffs (
see video below). He remains uninterested in tummy time or crawling, but has started scooching himself around on the floor when in a seated position. He still has not had a haircut, which remains a hot topic of debate (Claire suggested that he dress up as Beethoven for Halloween). And he is unfortunately no longer sleeping through the night, something we are hoping that will change soon.

We enjoyed the day with my co-workers and their beautiful babies. I am not used to Henry being the oldest baby as he is the youngest in his daycare room and 2nd youngest in our mom and baby group; it makes me realize how much he has grown and changed in the past 8 months. 
We also celebrated dad's 32nd birthday this past week. Henry gave dad a new cooking pot to help make cooking dinner for mom every night more enjoyable.
