We traveled to metro Detroit over the fourth of July holiday weekend to celebrate cousin Oliver's christening with family. We were grateful that Henry did fantastic on his first flight experience. 
While in Detroit we got in some good cousin time with Oliver...

And even unexpectedly got to see Grandpa Jim because of our return flight getting canceled on Monday (after spending 5 hours in the airport) and rescheduled for Tuesday. Grandpa had been in Memphis meeting cousin Mae. 
Lovely pics, Em! Looks like the trip was wonderful. I am so sorry to hear about the flight ordeal on the way home --- you guys are troopers! First flight with an infant survived --- phew! :) Nice to have you guys home, let's get together for some summer fun soon.
