Lucas and mom took a 12 week art class through Ann Arbor Community Education. Lucas could rarely sit through the 45 minute class, but he did truly enjoy painting (especially with glitter water color paint), pouring glitter on everything, googly eyes and attempting to use scissors.

Fall fun & Halloween
We enjoyed doughnuts, cider, hayrides, tractors and farm animals at Plymouth Orchards;
received the largest pumpkin ever from Grandpa Jim;
And spent a rainy Halloween evening trick-or-treating with cousins in their Huntington Woods neighborhood. Henry very much enjoyed trying to be the first person to arrive at each house and yelled "trick-or-treat," followed by "firefighter!" (as a sort of announcement as to what costume he was wearing).

Birthday celebrations
Dad turned 36 years old in September, and was very excited to receive a gift of Legos.
Lucas turned 2 years old a few days later, and all his dreams of soccer, Pete the Cat and fishing with Curious George came true.
And Elliot had an early 3rd, train themed, Dan-Dan-the-Choo-Choo-Man birthday party!
